Returns

 

For health and safety reasons as it relates to the products sold on this website, all purchases and sales are final.  Wawa Aba Holistics will not accept returned Tinctures or Herbal Tea Blends once received by the customer unless the product received was not the product ordered.  In such a case, wawaabaholistics.com would accept the returned unused product and send corrected item(s) at no cost to the customer.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from wawaabaholistics.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass directly to you (buyer) upon our delivery to the carrier (U.S. Postal Service).  Wawaabaholistics.com is not liable for the order, nor has an obligation to refund the order should the order be lost or damaged while in the possession and care of the carrier.

Wawaabaholistics.com may exercise discretion, as a one-time courtesy, to resend or refund (minus shipping fees) a lost or damaged order in the possession and care of the carrier, predicated upon the customer first filing a claim with the carrier and submitting proof of the filed claim to wawaabaholistics.com.
