Suggested Use
To Prepare as a Tea: Pour 8-12oz of boiled water over 1 heaped Tbsp of loose herb. Steep 8-10 minutes, strain, cool, enjoy.
To Prepare as an Infusion: Add 1/2 oz of herb to a 1 quart glass mason jar, fill with boiled water, stir and cap tightly. (DO NOT SHAKE). Steep until jar is cool to touch. Strain, cool, enjoy.
*Drinking extremely hot or cold liquids can inhibit the body's ability to absorb vital nutrients. Allow hot liquids to cool, and cold liquids to warm to room temperature before consuming.
